500g chicken wings
4 tbsp cornstarch
Oil for frying
Sauce:
3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
Pat wings dry (important for crispiness).
Coat lightly with cornstarch.
Fry at medium heat until cooked → increase heat → fry again for crisp.
In pan, cook garlic, add all sauce ingredients.
Simmer until thick & sticky.
Toss wings until fully coated.
