500g chicken (cubed)
3 tbsp yogurt
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp curry powder
200 ml cream
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp tomato paste
Marinate chicken with yogurt, garlic, paprika (30 min).
Cook chicken in pan until lightly browned.
Remove, melt butter, add tomato paste.
Pour cream + curry powder, simmer.
Return chicken, cook 10 min until thick.
Let it simmer slowly for richer flavor.
