200g pasta (penne/fettuccine)
1 ripe avocado
1 chicken breast (cubed)
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
50ml milk or cream
½ lemon (juice)
Salt & pepper
Parmesan cheese (optional)
Chili flakes (optional)
Cook pasta until al dente. Save ½ cup pasta water.
Season chicken with salt & pepper, cook in olive oil until golden.
Blend avocado, garlic, milk, lemon juice → smooth creamy sauce.
Mix pasta + chicken + sauce.
Add pasta water slowly for desired consistency.
Top with parmesan & chili flakes.
